•Provide comprehensive administrative support to NSA Hampton Roads Portsmouth Annex. I greet visitors that come to the office suite requiring assistance or answers to various questions regarding the Annex. As the sole HR representative, I ensure required paperwork is submitted in a timely fashion to various HR departments for inclusion in personnel records.

•Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure timely, measurable responses that met command policies and resolved issues at the lowest organizational level.

•Manage executive operations for Site Director including calendar coordination, phone rosters, tickler systems, and travel arrangements.
