Objective
I would like to apply for a Culinary Arts, Baking Science and or Technical Food Executive online. This will be something new for me since I retired in 2017. I do spend most of my days cooking and baking for others and the rest of my day on my P.C. socializing and helping former students with their jobs. I just want a job with a wonderful institution teaching and/or counseling in the fields listed above with extensive experience in nutrition as well as food history. I will not be shy of training and teaching. Please, give me the opportunity of an interview. Thank you very much.
