Roles & Responsibilities:

Issues worked on are complete, accurate, timely and understandable- Always kept single point in mind that whenever I work on some optimization project/ any of the ticket,there should be no follow up tickets for the issue that I have resolved. Never received any escalated tickets for any of the optimizations/tickets that I have worked on. Attended calls with site to get required data and build records accordingly, collaborate with other teams to do the testing for different workflows,with labcorp/quest for testing interface connectivity Worked on updating below INI.

EMP-With security team to create the site specific EMP templates for different user roles,assigning the right template to the user. SER-Updated the provider records to set them up for scheduling/authorizing/billing. Generated the SPI for each provider from PMC/SJH/PA/NJ/SRGA to establish the communication with surescripts vendor for them to e prescribe controlled and non controlled meds DEP-Updated the department records for AMB specific items. LPF-Created LOS/charge capture/Imaging/medication/Cams/labs/procedure preference list by import rather than manual update and plugged them into Profiles(LPR)
