Hrs per week: 40, (MWR) Operations Assistant / Manager Assistant. Alaskan Mining Company Restaurant, Located in Camp Humphreys Korea. Duties: ys looking to satisfy customers and employees as individuals. My job is keeping the store operations running smoothly, As an Operations/Managers assistant I conduct managerial and operations oversight for all systems. These systems include point of sales systems, computerized registers, and guest/table management systems. I manage a staff that is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures. I ensure consistency in food and service to increase sales. Maintain budgeted food and service labor costs and proper Inventories. My administrative functions include funds accountability and control, the preparation of the Daily Activity Report, DAR. I also conduct management reviews of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. I assist in the evaluations and success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment. I am the direct interface with our customers, always managing and handling all customer questions, complaints and interface w i t h the staff to ensure all matters are resolved favorably. I initiate procurement actions of all supplies and equipment for all activities. I plan and set up all special events, (super bowl; Wine fest; spring and Oktoberfest) Holidays seasons (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and Halloween) and all major parties no matter how large or small. For these events I ensure they are organized and staffed, all reservations and customer requests are met and properly structured and professionally delivered. I have many times worked double shifts and flexed shifts and be the accountable officer for the close out of the business day, accounting. I have done and continue to do all managerial operations services, consisting of labor assignments; tracking work hours and ensuring proper coverage indicating all monies transactions incoming are balanced, deposits are made thru banking services on time and ensure accounting is correct and zeroed out daily. I also make food purchases for the kitchen's operations with the system “FoodTrak”. I am the floor manager during peak hours ensuring customer satisfaction, making sure all customers are treated fairly and on time, taking care of any complaints on the spot within the regulation and authority I have been given. I run material expediting, inventory of all material and equipment needed to increase work capacity and maintain proper accommodation for all aspects of this establishment. I have done the latest system inventory using the new system for tracking being accountable for all equipment on hand or in the past and completed the accountability report for all FFE as well. While in the kitchen I expedite food orders making sure all orders cooked properly as requested, are on time and sent out as they are ordered. While in the office I am tasked to ensure the business is run smoothly ensuring my commitment in quality customer service, patron care and managerial responsibilities. My loyalty to management and all colleagues is without challenge. I feel honored to serve our serving forces, their families and all authorized patrons. Equally so, I am very much a self-starter, a people person with superior communication skills and I deal with all workers and ensure customers are happy and want to come back for more repeat service. I Make purchase orders over the phone, and ensure all reservations and accounted for and required services are provided to all reservations. I work all required hours, shift work, double shift, extended hours and also close out the business on a regular basis ending the night shift accounting for all monies from all areas; service workers, cashiers, and gambling establishments. I am creative, innovative and business minded understanding how CAT C Operations works and having a successful business run and benefit a positive Net Income before Depreciation, NIBD. Hrs per week: 40hrs, Job title: Sales assistant. Exchange PX Camp Humphreys Korea. Duties: As an Operations/Managers assistant of a New Exchange store 2nd largest in the world I assisted the operations managers with business tasks dealing with full -time in an office environment, intricately involved in the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure all materials are where they need to be so that production isn’t slowed down, schedule workers, assign tasks to staff members, ensure warehouses and employment practices are compliant with governmental regulations and deal with problems that might arise. I monitor various aspects of the supply chain, including making shipping arrangements and following through to ensure proper delivery. Communicating regularly with in-house departments, outside vendors, customers, and freight services as necessary. Other duties include being called upon to attend client meetings with the operations manager, informing staff of policy changes supervisors have made, leading teams in the absence of the operations manager, and making recommendations regarding issues such as pricing and resource allocation. I also do some limited Paperwork, such as payroll and performance reviews and s o m e t i m e s tasked to attend off-site meetings. An important part of my duties involves listening carefully to leaders and understanding their objectives in order to carry out daily plans. I have rushed orders that may require altering the work schedules of workers in order to meet the deadline. I am intricately involved in daily activities and am qualified to make suggestions regarding improvements to operations that would benefit the company. Jun 2009 thru Feb 2012. Hrs per week: 40, (Walmart) Sales Associates and Cashier @ Tampa Florida & San Antonio Texas. Duties: I performed several job duties during a typical shift. I do a lot of multi-tasking. Customer relations is my Number one Priority. As an associate I stock shelves, check expiration dates, organize displays, and assist customers with a variety of requests. I also run the front desk and cashier. I account for all items being sold; I direct customers to the placement of goods, check back stock for products and assist customers with all s a l e s decisions. End of shift work includes counting down monies and general cleanup of workspace and department store area.
Aug 2004 thru Sept 2007. Hrs per week: 40, (Walmart) Customer Service Manager @ Richmond Virginia. Duties: as a manager I ensure customer service is being upheld, store cleanliness is performed and all employee work efficiency and morale is good. I also take care of corporate and regional communications as well as banking. I keep time for breaks and incorporate assigned work schedules and do time keeping. I have to jump in and assist employees with customer service and cleaning when the store is busy. As a Manger I also entertain and resolve field customer complaints and questions as they come up while lower level associates aren’t able to provide such info or address detailed matters. I work to ensure customer satisfaction and s t r i v e to satisfy every customer entering the store. I keep the respect with all employees and customers at the highest level possible.
