Operational Management & Quality Assurance
Responsible for the successful management of daily shifts, ensuring full preparedness with all materials and tools. This includes distributing workflow, solving internal problems, coordinating raw material receiving, and maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment. Crucially, you ensure that all products are prepared as per quality standards.
