•Served as a government rated contractor under a contract lead responsible for developing and implementing equipment capabilities and placement across the US Army.
•Developed and maintained internal procedural tracking system for US Army requirements documents through complex and constantly changing verification processes. Utilizing MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel tools.
•Served on a team to build a collaborative electronic tracking system to synchronize the next generation of all US Army requirements.
Operations Branch Manager – Army Capability Manager Tactical Radios (ACM-TR)

My last assignment allowed me to apply previous experience to influence the future communications and power requirements of the US Army for the next 20 years, with direct communication to the Director of the Signal Corps up to the Joint Chief of Staff.
•Managed cross-organizational team of contractors responsible for life-cycle upgrade of UHF, HF, and VHF radio systems across the Army to optimize use of newer, more capable systems, by frontline units and maintain current capabilities to communicate with sustainment elements in sparce environments.
•Conducted daily update briefs for O6/GS15 level audiences and monthly 1-2 Star/SES level briefings on radio capabilities and requirements upgrade statuses. Led cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of management controls for secure communications.
•Participated in briefings to the Chief of Staff of the Army and Joint Chief of Staff to gain approval for requirements documents on twice while sitting in as the Tactical Radio Branch Lead.
Operations Manager – Korea Battle Simulation Center (KBSC) Republic of Korea (RoK)

Culmination of Military training taking charge of large-scale exercises and managing multi-national teams of government and contracted personnel.
•Managed a team of construction, security, and network contractors during the construction of a new simulation center at Camp Humphreys, RoK, to ensure NSA physical and network security compliance for up to Top Secret information, power grid support for the data center hosting three global networks, and redundant systems to ensure zero downtime during critical global exercise events.
•Served as the site lead team lead for the Warrior Training Center at Camp Casey, RoK, responsible for leading and evaluating 10 contract personnel during the preparation and conduct of brigade and division level computer driven simulation exercises.
•Managed and implemented security procedures to ensure secure and safe execution of exercises involving multi-national forces each with their own unique requirement for information security.

25th Infantry Division G6 Network Operations Night Manager, Schofield Barracks, HI/ Iraq

Initial duty station following entry level schools, Infantry Officer Basic Course and Signal Transition Course, filling in basic management level positions as needed by the Division Communications Section.
•Coordinated with Defense Information Systems Agency, onsite contractors, and distant end contractors and contact teams to conduct power balancing of the expanding SATCOM network as part of the surge in forces adding ten SATCOM links and 3000 users to the Multi-National Defense Forces North Iraq network.
•Oversaw lifecycle and logistics integration for 900+ systems and 795 accounts.
•Lead a team of five personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of three VHF network radios,one UHF network radio, and power the supply system for inflight operations on a C130 aircraft to ensure clear communications with convoys across an area of 200 miles with zero downtime allowed.
