I am naturally inclined to ask questions, vocalize my many opinions, and empathize. My brain doesn’t shut down. I love solving problems and mastering new areas of knowledge. Growing up I was one of those annoying kids who always asked “but whyyyyy?” and now I’m an adult who still asks it, but mainly in my head or I’m sure I’d have been impaled by now. Why yes, I’ve been freelancing for a long time. I started out as a freelancer so it didn’t faze me. When I needed to become part-time and then switch to full-time caregiving as my mother was stricken by dementia, it was necessary to have flexibility. Then came COVID.

For GSK, led strategy for Alli (weight loss) working with 8 partner agencies. It was GSK’s biggest launch to date and its first fully integrated effort. Fought tooth and nail to get Citrucel’s target age lowered from 65 to 25 and compromised on 40.

For Reily Foods, conducted a breakthrough quali-quant research study for Luzianne iced tea to reposition and in fact build a lifestyle brand around it.

On a new business pitch for Oprah.com, I provided insights into the digital life of Oprah’s target. Although the client went with another agency, they returned to Arnold six months later for another try based solely on the strategic presentation.
