Key Responsibilities :-
Planned, directed and monitored the daily mechanical maintenance tasks covering various equipment, machines and facilities across the GMFF plants to ensure reliable operations. Managed all types of maintenance (predictive, preventive, breakdown) by using advanced tools (vibration tester, vibration analysis and air leakage detector). Supported various projects by executing and monitoring all mechanical engineering work associated with the projects and various machines. Developed and carried out detailed preventive maintenance plan for mechanical works to ensure maximum machine / equipment up-time; supervised and guided all maintenance technicians in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
