Responsibilities :
HR assignments :
Worked closely with the higher management and HODs to support recruitment campaigns for individual roles as and when required by the departments.
Conduct interviews with coordination of Line Managers of the required department.
Initiate the new hire mobilization.
Create personal files for all new starters and ensure that all documentations are present and completed as per policy.
Responsible for arranging introduction sessions i.e. physical or through email.
Send out probation reminder emails to line managers and escalate any issues to HRM when appropriate.
Monthly HR reporting to Head Office (Malaysia).
Payroll Support:
Collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis to Finance deptt. (i.e. new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes etc.).
Preparation and distribute of pay slips each month to all employees. Leave Record:
Complete the HR info and provide info on pending leaves to employees.

Employee:
Issuance offer letters to contractual employees as per direction from higher management.
Issuance of probation and confirmation letters.
Issuance letter to employee in relation to any bonus or benefit adjustment and update all relevant systems.
Responsible issuance of letters to employees (as per policy) those, who leaves the business
Preparation and calculate of gratuity payments for leaving employees.
Ensure monthly update online of EOBI contribution payment within due date for all employees. ADMINISTRATION TASK :
Coordination with vendors / suppliers in connection of PR, PO and their payments time to time as per policy and agreement. Further, ensure all invoices are processed accurately and released in a timely manner to the vendors.
Maintain vendor’s proper record and general files.
Manage and look after office supporting staff on daily basis regarding administrative tasks.
Make journey arrangements for engineers by road / by air to different well locations across the country i.e. Sindh, Punjab Balochistan and KPK.
Hotel and transportation arrangements for foreigner guests / engineers, who visits office / locations time to time (including security guards with the coordination of KPOGC, Home department Peshawar, DPO Kohat / Karak as well as DSPs of concern area police stations).
Arrange Work Visa and Security Clearance for expatriate engineers to work for Pakistan operations as and when required with the coordination of BOI, DGPC and Ministry of Interior.
To arrange medical check-up and medical claims for reimbursements time to time.
Coordination with Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industries (ICCI) regarding Recommendation Letters for expatriate visa as and when required.
To deploy security guards in respect of office security of Islamabad/Turnol and Karachi yard especially on public holidays.
Responsible to acquire Trade License from authority on yearly basis. Office Supplies: Reviews proper forecasting on purchasing with the coordination of SCM department. Communications: Ensures safe and improvements all office communication channels and ICT resources are well maintained. Controls staff on usage of photocopier and land line phone services. Premises: Ensures thorough maintenance and repair of office assets (furniture, fixtures, equipments) and upkeep of premises through regular inspections.
Responsible for the clean and sprightly image of premises. Reports promptly to Country Head all matters that need rectification. Facilitates the integrity and security of premises and assets. Supervises and certifies all external contractual arrangements (e.g. janitorial, water supply, electrical, workmanship contracts) related to premises administration and upkeep.
