As a Field Engineer, I am responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment and driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

It integrates condition-monitoring technology information data all the way from database creation through analysis. RBMware organizes activities for vibration, oil, infrared thermography, ultrasonics, laser alignment, precision balancing and electronic motors into a common database structure and provides full program documentation and reporting capabilities. RBMware supports interfacing to external information/enterprise systems including Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Fisher-Rosemount's Asset Management Solutions (AMS).
