VP of Construction / Engineering/Legal Contracts (Canada & USA) Reporting to the Sr VP, drive the entire project lifecycle from permits/design engineering, budget planning, conceptual design, EPC contract development, RFP development, and bidding to project construction, legal, engineering, finance, and final project execution as per industry regulations. • Yellow Falls Power Dam ($292M): Borea/Pomerleau On-boarded to revitalize this project and re-align scheduling and budget to optimize results and ensure timely delivery. Re-forecasted schedule and finance to secure a successful closeout.

• Niagara Wind Project ($278M), Borea Construction ULC. /Boralex Inc (2015-2017): Directed and executed a (77) wind turbine project, with 230 MW of power. Spearheaded safety, cost, Schedule, and contractual matters with the overall execution of the project. Led project managers through the civil, electrical and tower erection. Closed delivery gap of 3 months by expeditiously outlining deliverables, motivating team, and managing schedule. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
