Associate Director – Human Resources
Serving as Associate Director for leading online platforms including Dubizzle.com, overseeing strategic and operational HR functions across diverse, fast-paced tech environments. Spearheading initiatives that drive recruitment excellence, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Recruitment Leadership:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, and mobile developers, Software Architects, Engineering Managers. Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, team structures, and technical skill requirements.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Design and implement scalable hiring strategies aligned with rapid organizational growth while ensuring high-quality standards and minimal time-to-fill metrics.
• Pipeline Development & Sourcing:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and strategic employer branding efforts. Represent the organization at talent events and networking platforms.
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding, confirmation, and transfers to offboarding—ensuring efficient processes and a positive employee experience.
• Policy & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal SOPs. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records across HR portals and physical files.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters. Promptly resolve employee queries and grievances with sensitivity and fairness.
