Administering the process of:

o Updating the annual salary package, preparing the final settlement, experience letter, and clearance letter, and uploading them on the Wages Protection System (WPS) in MUDAD website. o Preparing payroll worksheet including attendance, fixed deduction, fixed bonus and validating salaries statements.

o Registering Saudi employees in the fund program, preparing fund sheets and updating attendance in the system.

Managing the process for renewal Iqama and handling requests for multi / single Visas and transfer of sponsorship.

Ensuring the registration of non –Saudi employees in Ajeer program to facilitate a work permit for one year.
