QUALIFICATIONS
My current and former positions and training required me to have excellent customer service skills. I have the ability to calmly and rationally figure out problems, develop a plan of action, and follow it up with customer service. If need be, I also perform employee education. I am comfortable with the responsibility of solving any arising issue and making sure it is done in a quick manner.
I have excellent administrative assistant skills. I am very comfortable receiving many different tasks at one time. I’m confident in my ability to know how to get them done, and the order in which prioritize my tasks.
My ability to multi-task has made me an extremely organized and efficient worker, as well as a great communicator. I type 60+ WPM, answering multi-line phones, creating documents, and memos consecutively. I have worked in a fast -paced environment for 13 years where you must do many things at one time to stay atop of the work load. I am very comfortable and secure in this environment, and have come to enjoy it.
I am very familiar with working in a setting where the majority of the information I see is confidential and personal. I am extremely comfortable with working in such a setting. Working in the healthcare and banking industry has allowed me to know what is appropriate and legal to discuss and what is not.
