Public Storage- Operations- District Manager 2003 – 2022 Responsible for the district operations including P&L accountability and growth, Accountable for recruiting hiring and staffing personnel through out the district. Manage the day to day operations in customer service, sales, collections, and auditing. Nexus – Director of Operations 1999 – 2002

Venture capital-backed start-up that opened retail stores in six states in 24 months. Our team opened 42 stores in 12 cities and grew annual revenues from $0 to $16.80 million. As Director of Operations spearheading this project I reported directly to the CEO.

Quadrupled annual revenues from $4.25 million to $16.80 million in start up company and improved store-level profit from ($780,000) to $122,678
