Henry established a new product integration program in collaboration with the team. He was responsible for overseeing and signing off on product repairs, reworks, and Nonconforming Material Report (NMR) disposition, as well as validating root causes. Henry monitored First Time Yield (FTY) data and reported trends to the assigned Project Engineer. He performed process validations, including standard hour verification, through hands-on reviews and discussions with shop personnel, Manufacturing Process Control (MPC) staff, and other engineering personnel.

He ensured CNC and CMM program approvals were completed for all assigned manufacturing processes and monitored first article inspections through CMM Final. Henry participated in Product Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) meetings, providing assistance as needed. He supported Phase 3 and Phase 4 tasks of the New Product Introduction (NPI) x-ray process for assigned manufacturing operations and performed all assigned workstation audits in accordance with published schedules.
