• Utilized AI to transform recruiting by using ChatGPT, Glean, BrightHire and other tools to streamline scripts, automate agendas, interview questions for interviewers and prepare recaps. This improved efficiency, reduced manual work, and enhanced candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
