Agiletek (Subcontractor for Deloitte at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration), 11/2024 – Present Dashboard Development & Data Visualization:

Designed and developed multiple Tableau dashboards to replace static table-based reporting, enabling the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) to visualize registration, establishment, product, and material file data.

Delivered dashboards with interactive filtering and exportable reports, allowing stakeholders to self-serve data needs and eliminating most ad hoc report requests, reducing turnaround from days to minutes.

Applied advanced Tableau techniques, including calculated fields and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, to deliver accurate and consistent KPIs.

Worked with both Live connections and Extracts in Tableau to balance performance needs with data freshness requirements.

Applied data storytelling and design best practices to create intuitive layouts, KPI cards, and consistent filtering that improved usability and adoption.

Tableau Server Administration:

Performed light administration tasks, including adding users, granting permissions, managing extract jobs, and organizing folders to support dashboard deployment and access. Data Research and Validation:

Used Databricks to research datasets, monitor statuses, and validate dashboards against source systems, surfacing performance and system issues for the data engineering team to resolve.
