Administrative Duties
Served as an Assist Review Administrator (RA) for the Objective Review Committee (ORC) by
overseeing and verifying the integrity of the process for the Grant Awards and the Panel
Reviews. Responsible for being the direct point of contact with the logistics contractor assigned
to the panel and assisted with serving as a liaison between the Chair, Review Panel and HRSA Staff, to include Grants Management Specialist and the Program Staff/ Project Officer.
Served as the Lead for the Quarterly Federal Assistance Council (FAC) Meeting by preparing all logistics for the meeting i.e., Pre FAC scheduled to create meeting agenda, backup information, PowerPoint slides and setting up Adobe Connect for meeting attendances.
Provided the Tracking Accountability Government Grant System (TAGGS) Loan Report bi
weekly the OIT and Senior Staff for entering into the USA Spending System, EHB and Senior
Advisors. This report is broken down into three (3) parts; General, Budget and Obligation to show TAGGS Information for Cumulative Costs, Funding details, and Loans/Grant information.
In working with the Payment Management System (PMS), I am responsible for registration of all HRSA entities, which include name changes and establishing or updating UEI numbers for new and existing Grantees in PMS. This includes ensuring all grantees are registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order for them to be registered in PMS.

SharePoint Administrator (Lead)
Effectively worked with HRSA OIT Office on SharePoint design and output to OFAM SharePoint
Intranet and Team Sites. I am responsible for ensuring OFAM’s SharePoint platform continues
to increase productivity, achieve comprehensive security and compliance, reduce complexity, and improve the overall user experience the (Intranet and Team Sites).
Coordinated with the OIT team to examine any existing configuration of SharePoint and receive a series of recommendations that will enable us to harness the full functionality and capabilities of SharePoint.

Contracts/COR Duties – Grant Solutions (Lead)
As the contact person for Grant Solutions, I was responsible for Grants Processing to help ensure contract information is consistent, accurate and reliable and to provide monthly contract/budget updates for financial management purposes. In addition, I participate in the ServiceNow Training for CORs, which included information regarding how to store grants in the HRSA ServiceNow system so that OIT can confirm entitlement for laptops for new contractors, to process is to ensure we can automatically generate notifications to the correct COR person for actions related to their contracts for issuance or return.

Performed post-award monitoring of grants and cooperative agreements similar to those noted above under pre-award activities.
Processed a full range of grant/agreement applications used to determine the selection of
grant/agreement awards. Review grant/agreement applications for clarity and
completeness.
Negotiated budget conditions, award periods, and other granting terms.
Evaluated budget justifications and financial management, including cost analysis, review of accounting systems, adequacy of resources, acceptability of milestones, and techniques
proposed to ensure responsible stewardship of funds.

Reviewed quarterly expenditure reports to ensure compliance with Federal government fiscal and
administrative policies and regulations.
Performed a variety of standard tasks related to the interpretation of statutory authority, development and administrative aspects of cooperative agreements and partnership
agreements, including challenge cost-share agreements, participating agreements, and inter
agency agreements and MOUs. Processes a full range of grant and agreement applications
used to determine the selection of grants and agreements.
Reviewed grant and agreement application packages for clarity and completeness. Reviews
cooperators internal administrative and financial controls or systems. Monitors and analyzes the effect of changes in laws, regulations and policies pertaining to grants and agreements, administration and management, and performance reporting.
Delivered expertise in negotiation, preparation, and administration of grants and agreements, interpreting policies and regulations; providing guidance on statutes and procedures as they relate to the award program in general and individual applications and proposals.
Developed strategies and make recommendations for improving program standards to
management at monthly meetings, conferences and open forums. Drafts recommendations for
modifying, revising, or implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.
