Strategize to create operational efficiencies to save on overhead expenses during time of industry wide inflationary pressures with implementations translating into improved product quality, higher production volume throughputs, and reduced scrap rates for our clients in tandem.

Lead negotiations upon onboarding new business opportunities by establishing a profitable and mutually beneficial partnership considering the COGS of all parties involved including manufacturing overhead, supply chain inventory purchasing and fluctuating shipping costs, storage, marketing, fulfillment, etc.

Hardship perseverance when faced with a 40% revenue loss due to key client filing Chapter-7 bankruptcy and intensified by additional circumstances out of our control. Led financial triage and client portfolio rebuild effort, targeting break even by 2026. Worked with company president during economically volatile times to manage financial statements and work to create a budget to ensure payroll obligations and other essential expenses were covered with limited cash flow.

Strategic vision identifier for potential CapEx projects laying the foundation for exponential growth of the operation both short and long term. Acted as primary liaison for potential buyers to facilitate merger and acquisition opportunities for ownership seeking a successful exit with finalization of an acquisition deal going through in Q4 of 2025.
