Hardship perseverance when faced with a 40% revenue loss due to key client filing Chapter-7 bankruptcy and intensified by additional circumstances out of our control. Led financial triage and client portfolio rebuild effort, targeting break even by 2026. Worked with company president during economically volatile times to manage financial statements and work to create a budget to ensure payroll obligations and other essential expenses were covered with limited cash flow.
