Provided administrative support to General Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Supervisors, Employees and Time-share Owners. Duties included timecard management for ADP bi-weekly payroll, attending and supplying minutes for Daily Briefing Meeting and monthly Safety and Security meetings. We also had an annual Owners meeting, and timely Employee meetings for annual Charity drive. Provided information for new employees on timecard entries, signing up for annual health insurance coverage and completing short courses for each position required for their employment.

Joined BSS to aid in processing of invoice backlog due to the takeover of University of Arizona Hospital from paper-to-computer processing.
Moved to the Banner Payroll department in Mesa. Worked from home 100% of time during the pandemic on provided Banner computer equipment used to process a weekly payroll.
