I have enjoyed the smiles on students faces when they have learned something new. Especially when I see them years later and they tell me how I made a difference in their lives. Many of them have told me that they hated math, but because of me, they have chosen to continue their education after high school. I have tutored after school from the beginning of teaching for EPISD. I also coached volleyball and was a UIL coach for “Mathletes”.
