Adhere to company policies and Federal and State regulations for efficient and effective table game operations. Perform technical and functional gaming duties per the regulations of casino management. Ensure that every bet is within the maximum and minimum table limits. Handle and operate table games per established guidelines. Understand and following gaming procedures and guidelines at all times. Ensure exchange of cash for chips is accurate. Maintain a fast and smooth game pace by handling cards, chips, money, dice, and other equipment efficiently. Create an enjoyable and fun atmosphere by attending to players’ needs politely and courteously. Report unlawful acts to the floor manager immediately. Communicate effectively to floor manager regarding customer request or disturbed situation which is not in the jurisdiction of casino dealer for further action. Table games that I have dealt are Blackjack, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, Paigow, Roulette, and Spanish 21.
