As an experienced Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience streamlining processes to improve customer acquisitions and sales. Seeking a challenging role where I can leverage my expertise to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Due to a recent move out of state I am currently looking for a remote position.

Customer service, Resolve issues with disgruntled patients and grievances.

Enter orders, Request recurring authorization for medical equipment.

Bill claims to Medicare and Private Insurance companies,

Verify all procedure and diagnosis codes are correct.

Collect on underpaid and denied claims.

Inventory Management, Order all equipment for the daily deliveries from our contracted Manufactures

Handle all Custom orders for Custom Power and Manual Wheelchairs, Stairlifts, Modular ramps.

Reconcile end of the month reports, forward to Upper Management

Work with Upper Management on the Regulatory Compliance standard program.
