• Executed root cause analysis reports for failures and defects of respective system. For continuous plant improvements towards pro-longing life of the plant.
• Used software tools to track and monitor the systems around the station to predict and optimize the systems peak or intermediate performance through advisory on operation best conditions and drawing up operational manuals to address system functionality.
• Performed stock cost estimation for components and parts required for outages.
• Conducted engineering inspection on draught systems boiler piping and supports, mill configuration, pump working condition, and control valves and safety valves.

As a developing mechanical engineer, I still am driven by my mechanical inquisitiveness and passion for mechanical systems, this helps me developing solution and strategy towards solving complex mechanical problems, I enjoy some research and developing to either improve or optimize already existing systems or solutions. I also enjoy challenging projects that require innovation, simulation, rigorous testing and strategic planning along with scheduling meetings and appointments that continue to progress the project initiated with some degree of design as well.
