Instrumental in craft team-building during construction phases. Work scope discipline was to provide electrical installations for 17 overhead crane assemblies, fire alarm systems and HVAC Control Systems.

Read daily safety bulletins and ensure that team has and is dawning all required PPE. Provide daily tool box meetings and offer meaningful dialog for any and all concerns. Allocating daily task assignments to team members. Provide craft team members with all relevant documentation for specific assigned tasks. Provide for and insure that the team has reviewed and abides by all safe work procedure documents. Give guidance to team members on and review all FLHA documents at predetermined or as conditions changed during the day.

Monitor work performance and give guidance to team members for increased production and efficiency. Ensure that all safe work permits are illustrated correctly for tasks at hand. Complete daily time sheets for submission to the General Foreman. Complete daily progress sheets for submission to the General Foreman.
