Professional Summary
Any company who
can provide an essential service or product in demand, can by definition be successful, however the company that can deliver an amazing experience for its consumers, will dominate the market. This isn't something I learned in college or from my experiences through out my career, this is something I realized as a customer myself, then implemented into my work. I absolutely love helping people in any way possible. I truly prefer speaking to someone who is upset and disgruntled than taking an easy two minute phone call.
When given the opportunity to completely change someones negative feelings into a positive and productive experience, I take it every single time. however I will fully disclose this, as much as I love helping people, I love the challenge that comes with it. I've come to terms with the fact that not every person who I speak with is going to be a happy customer, but that has never deterred me from doing everything in my power to help better their situation as well as our relationship. Certifications and Licenses
Arizona State Certified Peer Support Specialist For Mental Health and Addiction.
November 2017 to Present
Mental Illness has considerably impacted my life, bringing with it both tragedy as well as a lot of life lessons, relationships and experiences that I am truly grateful for. By both consoling my peers who struggle with their Illness in a time of need while also spreading the awareness of this disorder to others who only know of the stigmas and ignorance that society has labeled them with. I decided to go through the courses and become a certified peer support Specialist after my best friend lost his battle with Mental Illness, resulting in him taking his own life. I received my certification November of 2017, 3 months to the day of Matt's death. I have been volunteering at Clinics, Hospitals and Treatment Centers since, with the single purpose of preventing this world from losing another incredible human being like Matt again.
