Create and implement a new area-specific Employee Rewards system for the Model Citizens to help boost team morale and ensure Model Citizens are being properly recognized and rewarded for their work.
Provide structured and detailed feedback for staff members to help them grow. Assist in New Hire Orientations
Participate in daily Safety Audits
Train new Model Citizens while closely following the Safety Competency Policy. Oversee and maintain ride queue, envelope, and platforms upkeep. Ensuring Model Citizens are following proper PPE procedures while handling potentially hazardous cleaning supplies and equipment.
Offer World Class Guest Service to guests. Answering any questions as accurately as possible.
