Third Party Data Protection (Project):

The data goes from Bank of America to Third party, we have to follow the process called (DTR) Data Transmission Registration. Banks can send the data from technology and Business applications. TPDP has frontend book and backend book development. Under technology application if we have (AIT#) called Application Inventory Tool, if we don’t have (AIT#) we have (LMA) LOB Managed application in business application. LAM are managed to send the data to third party, where AIT# is not alllowed. Sending data to a third party provides a service called landscaping. We create a (DTR) by providing source id, which is sending data and a business entity who is receiving the data, we need to provide classification data and elements of data. In (DTR) we have an inventory called (DTRI) Data Transmission Registration Inventory. TPDP gets metadata through (DTRI) with actual files in various channels, sending data to TPDP. We have different channels for eg: (DTS) Data transmission serivce. Almost 80% of data exchanges through (DTS) and the remaining 20% mechanism called business directly interacts with the (FLU), cloud application also can send data to TPDP. Messaging is also a part of sending data to TPDP.

This project focuses on the Alderaan application. This application is used to track down the equipment at various industrial locations. Using barcodes and RFID tags, equipment is tracked from the source to the point of receipt. To maintain track of the mobility of the equipment, RFID scanners make sure that the equipment tags are scanned often. Alderaan deals with the manufacturing sites where these machines are installed. The workflow of alderaan starts after the product is purchased and the manufacturer has shipped the equipment. Responsibilities:
