Objective
My objective is to find employment which allows me to utilize my expertise with engaging families of at-risk communities with understanding the importance of achieving higher education goals; a participation with mental and emotional health programming in at-risk community to further their civic skills, employability, and education while providing inner city families with more resources to enhance citizenship, employment skills, social engagement skills and positive outlooks on life.

Responsible for collecting, tracking, and entering referrals into the database (ETO) within 48 hours; to assist with monitoring student school attendance, program attendance, and aggregate reasons for not attending school
Conducted or engaged youth into a 3rd party youth providing service within 14 days of referrals. Youth coordinator will assist in assigning the students 2 activities a week throughout the school year.
Completed youth activity plan with the parents/guardian and youth along with collecting parental consent letter. Facilitated attendance at each assigned activity, including locating and escorting students to activity site.
Conduct at least 1 face to face visit and home visit within 30 days of referrals. Attend regular middle school programmatic meetings; and responsible for organizing youth programming logistics with schools.
