Cowater is a management consulting firm providing leading-edge, innovative solutions to clients worldwide. Cowater teams manage and implement projects ranging in size from small sector studies and evaluations to large multi-year, multi-million-dollar implementation contracts. Project Director: Business Transformation Projects Project Director of the Barbados Water Authority’s Smart Meter Business Transformation program; a USD 25M project with the goal of modernization and transformation of the Barbados Water Authority Management Information Systems. The MIS comprises the Customer Information System, Financial Information System and Work Order Management System, along with 13 external and internal interfaces and data gathered from household water smart meters. This project was in association with Sogema Technologies Inc. and supported by the Canadian Commercial Corporation and Export Development Canada, and forms part of a broader USD 58M program which includes the acquisition and installation of 98,800 household water smart meters.

● Successfully launched the project with the development of a project charter which defined the goals and objectives of the project and outlined the scope, deliverables, key assumptions, constraints, target performance metrics and participants, as well as providing the preliminary delineation of roles and responsibilities, identified the main stakeholders, and served as a reference of authority for the implementation of the project.

● Created and oversaw the Project Management Office consisting of Cowater, Sogema, BWA and Deloitte team members.
