She has served in senior management positions at Fortune-500 and Private Label companies. Her work has taken her to Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to developing makeup and skincare at Revlon, Joyce spent a year at their R&D Laboratory, aesthetically fine-tuning new makeup, skincare and ancillary fragrance products in preparation for global release.
At Lauder International, her understanding of the Japanese culture helped her successfully develop the brand’s first skincare and makeup shades designed expressly for the Asian market.
She also developed Lauder’s first makeup shades directed to women of color. Successfully introduced in the Caribbean, they were introduced into the United States the following year.
She helped revitalize Lauder’s Re-Nutriv skincare collection targeted to the over-50 market by supplementing and extending the line with contemporary products and packaging to attract a wider audience.
At Georgette Klinger, she was instrumental in broadening this aesthetic skincare line’s audience, adding more contemporary formulas, textures and makeup shades for younger consumers while maintaining the company’s core customer base.
Having established her Custom Product Development consultancy, she creates cutting edge, scientifically advanced, award-winning products for PRAI Beauty Group’s prestige skincare collection marketed on TV shopping networks around the world.
