● Take, enter, and account for all incoming and outgoing to-go orders. Execute precise time management between guests, service bar, and to- go.

Account for all financial transactions, employee reports and payouts, along with the shift bank provided the management staff.

Breakdown, clean, and restock at the end of the shift to ensure the next shift is set up for success.
