Improving the Bioavailability of Dolutegravir By Liqi-solid compact Technique : ( Final year project 2024-2025)

project focused on improving the bioavailability of Dolutegravir, an antiretroviral drug with poor water solubility, by using the Liqui-solid compact technique. In this method, the drug was dissolved in a suitable non- volatile solvent, absorbed onto a carrier material, coated, and then compressed into tablets. This approach enhanced the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of Dolutegravir compared to conventional formulations.
