STAMPING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

DEXTER STAMPING

Training and supervising new employees to company policies, procedures, and work flow processes.

Document and update employee training matrix, give employee evaluations and performance reviews

Continuously check inventory volumes (finished goods, raw material, and in process)

Continuous improvement implementation and tracking

Ensure all produced goods meet and/or exceed customer expectations

Record, track and improve on 4M’s and follow up with review

Repair mechanical issues (troubleshooting) report other issues to maintenance via work ticket and follow-up/sign off on completed tickets once verified

Identify KPIs and implement corrective actions

Record and escalate quality issues/alerts

Eliminate production issues with cross departmental heads (logistics, quality, maintenance, tool and die, secondary production processes.)

Ensure production schedule is followed and update upper management if changes are needed

Crosscheck operators paperwork to data entered into the OEE

Schedule work hours if extended past regular 40 hrs.

Schedule production hours based on work load and capacity

Maintain proper and correct hours for payroll, approve vacation and PTO

Ensure OEMs are followed to specifications (documentation, verification of quality, labeling, packaging, etc.)

Follow proper course action for any and all deviations from normal processes, verify approval

Allocate operators to best accommodate production goals

Regularly meet with upper management and HR to go over salary increase recommendations and staffing issues
