• Lead a team of 250+ personnel and manage nearly 80 highly advanced machines with various microcontrollers (Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain) in advanced manufacturing technology with direct responsibility for machining operations.

• Manage state-of-the-art manual and CNC machining centers i.e. 2–6 axis milling turning EDM (die sinking wire cut and micro drilling) machines ensuring precision and efficiency through optimized CAD/CAM programming in Creo Parametric and SolidCAM.

• Increased productivity and production by almost 100% by introducing installing and commissioning EDM

(wire cut die sinking and micro-drilling) machines into the existing machining setup while ensuring compliance with operational specifications safety standards and customer requirements.
