• Planning and organizing, directing, and controlling construction jobs that the manager was assigned to look over.
• Preparing construction schedules.
• Providing construction budget estimates.
• Monitoring progress set against construction schedule
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revision with contractors’ suppliers and architects.

• Checking all civil inspection (material + site work) as per approved material, Method of statement and shop drawing.
• Monitoring and controlling the project as per project design / specification and raise Field observation and Nonconformance accordingly.
• Testing and commissioning of structural and architectural work.
• Testing and commissioning of finishing work (Tiles, plaster, ceiling, glasses, aluminum etc. )

• Prepare daily report to the RE. This includes works orders, materials delivery, and daily inspections program.
3. China State Construction Engineering Corporation From July 2016 to June 2019 .

• Pixel Makers District Project, Imkan. Abu Dhabi “Worked as ( Project Engineer ) Responsibilities :
• Ensuring overall construction activities in site strictly compliance with client specifications.
• Supervise site works and coordinate issues with senior management authorities.
• Monitor/Discuss project status, review during the course of periodic project review meetings.
• Ensure the smooth progress and completion of project within cost, time and quality standards.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site in order to meet the required deadlines.
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Familiar with the project’s contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures together with any associated updates.
• Ensure the contractor/s compliance with the standards and specifications of the contract documents.
• Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer.

Responsibilities :
• Responsible to manage the entire Site engineer activities for two building (JA09 & JA12) including mosque and retail.
• Prepare plan for work and arrange team to finish & Checklist.

• All Internal inspection and consultant inspection.
• Strong knowledge in drawings, post tension works.

• Monitor sub contractor activity at site and advice for any potential non-conformances.
