Processed mortgage loans for client (Truist Bank)
Once Loan Officer submitted file, received file to process thru closing
Reviewed file, notes, and documents, to determine accuracy and completeness, and what was still needed to obtain full underwriting approval
Contacted borrower to confirm information in the file, and to request any additional needed documentation
Explained the loan process to the borrower
Review underwriting conditions, obtaining needed items
If applicable, and not previously done, order- appraisal, title, and updated homeowners insurance
Reviewed received title, and confirmed vested information, and confirmed open items on title
Reviewed received homeowners insurance, confirming necessary information to be correct, and that policy had ample coverage
Appraisal- made sure it was sent to the borrower, and reviewed if repairs were needed
