I have been in the telecommunications industry for 30 years. Work in to new product development, recruiting and beyond.

Recruiting 2010 to present.

TJ Recruiters started in 1996. A recruiting company focused on the Telecommunications industry. In the last 30 years in sales, SLED, and enterprise. Also engineering in same sectors.

Overall place 10-20 candidates with clients annually. Now expanding in the Al space. Employees are family members.

Verizon 2002-2010

Staff manager various positions operations, product management, and customer service. In addition ran Yellow Pages customer service group in 3 states and Washington DC.

Responsible for Directory distribution. Also was product manager for central office services such as E911, Caller ID, Call Waiting, Speed Calling and several other central office services.

AT&T 1995-2002

Positions included economic cost studies for rate filings with the FCC. Also new product development.
