Remote Travel Expense Administrator role: Managed comprehensive travel expense processing in the Deltek Costpoint system. I reconciled employee trip reimbursements according to company policy and trained employees how to enter and code their entries and where to obtain compliance for their reimbursements through Deltek Costpoint and Concur. I reconciled credit card entries, resolved issues regarding payment and provided training and supported new travel program implementations using systems like Deltek Costpoint and Microsoft 365.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist: I handled invoice processing with two (2) and three (3) way matching with Purchase req and or Purchase orders working closely with our Purchasing Department to monitor job costing and approvals. I sought out or obtained approvals where necessary from PBM’s or Management. I job cost all invoicing and entered into Deltek Costpoint system for weekly check runs. I performed daily employee or individual checks as required. I was responsible for payment tracking, bank, credit card and job or costing reconciliations. I helped in all month-end closures using Oracle ERP and Deltek Costpoint. I also performed accounts receivable tasks including managing project billing and invoicing and keeping our job and vendor files up to date.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk duties: I verified and recorded all shipments. I operated material handling equipment. I inspected incoming packages. I sought out signatures required for orders. I also processed defective returns, and maintained shipment tracking, with certifications in Hazmat and forklift operation.
