Partnered with senior pastor to build a job description for my role which included taking on leadership responsibility in training department heads as well as operational and financial management. This allowed senior pastor to focus on the spiritual elements of ministry and member care. Key responsibilities include:
oOversight of 10 auxiliaries. Select professional development resources and curriculum based on needs and demographics of students and conduct hands-on training for all volunteer teachers.
