PROFILE

Six years’ experience in crop protection and poverty alleviation intervention across a complete supply, value, and benefit chains. Have managed and supervised trials on competitive production of both perishable and durable commodities annually; with excellent training facilitation for smallholder farmers; market integration between actors along the supply chain. Worked as an Agriculture Production and Capacity Building Officer on the Ghana Agricultural Development and Value Chain Enhancement Program (USAID ADVANCE) in the Upper East Region, reaching over 9,696 smallholder farmers through 30 Outgrower Businesses, in 7 districts; Bawku West, Binduri, Bawku Municipal, Pusiga, Garu, Tempane and Mamprugu Moaduri Districts.

• Support OB network to register and trade on Ghana Commodity Exchange platform

• Assist OB network with the use of appropriate business management practices including but not limited to strategic planning, annual plans, investment plans, cost benefit analysis, business plans, bank loan proposals, computer usage etc.
