Graduate of The University of Southern California

BA in Social sciences with an Emphasis in Psychology

(2018)

Certification in Leadership Training from USC (2017) I specialize in ascertaining a select clientele. Usually I find myself in the customer retention end of things, that said, I am able to effectively able to step into any role with confidence, having successfully fulfilled all of the rolls given. Skilled in Leadership Training, Conflict and resolution management, Developing teams and specialized or focus based skills . I have extensive experience with real estate and property management, as well as, the establishment and managing of corporations. I have a unique vantage point which affords me the luxury of watching changes as they occur. As an individual who takes information and disseminates it amongst my coworkers, team, and trainees. Goal oriented in my training with the hope that each employee is able to take my spot. I use this as motivation to acquire that which my employers seek. I do my best in new roles and especially when I am faced with new challenges. This is how I am able to refine myself as leader. Making my team feel that they are seen, that the growth they make is recognized. Being able to share this with them and having a genuine desire for continued growth has been an asset. I encourage development in my peers as well as my leadership. I welcome all constructive criticism, this is for betterment but also to allow others the feeling that they too have input that matters enough to effect change. I am trained to know when the individuals I work with have transitioned, going from a dependent trainee that needs to be reassured, onto a skilled and independent leader. I find that it is essential to allow my trainees or teams to make mistakes as this is how we learn but to closely monitor allowing as much distance as possible so to allow the effects independance has on personal growth yet remain close enough to reach at all times so that I am able to assist and prevent errors from being finalized . By teaching my team skills such as the use of “planned thought processes”, I am able to teach creatively and problem solve effectively. As a lead I teach my team to do this themselves. By taking the approach I have with employees I am afforded the opportunity to see my trainees successes, as well as, retain my ability to see areas of my own that can be improved or refined because the Skills that are worth having will be honed, relearned as the needs change, and practiced regularly to assure best the practice going forward.

Work Experience

Founding Partner and Authorized Rep @ 17 Farms

17 Farms-Beaverton, OR

January 2018 to Present

Founding partner and authorized rep. While not my intended field I have excelled in all areas of the industry, be it from cloning or the packaging & metrc and on to petitioning the city for zoning or the LUCS. I have quite literally done it all. I have experience in every area of the sites operations and because I had to participate in every role while developing the facility I am well trained at this point. I am the Authorized Rep. as well as the Property management for the farm. I am able to succeed in a variety of fields by a single simple principle based in remaining teachable. I am able to do well only when I am expanding on the knowledge I have and sharing this information with others. I find the ability to maintain a teachable disposition even if I have knowledge on a topic or experience in the field is one of my strongest developmental assets. I believe in learning new skills, maintaining room and never being incapable of growth is key to remaining pertinent and up to date as things can rapidly change. I have currently worked with my employers for over 20 years and have held a variety of roles. I even moved to Oregon as a favor to assist in the development of the farm as an asset that would be used for their retirement. I agreed to do this right out of USC. I Graduated with my BA in Social Science w/ an emphasis in Psychology & a wide range of accolades starting with deans lists to honors, PsiChi, ADPi, PTK, BTK, and was even offered a seat in a Selective program which offered Certification through USC’s L.E.A.D program(Leadership,Education & Development) which taught Leadership Training and Resolution Management and allowed me to become certified. I had an AA I brought to USC from Moorpark College in Social Science where I had also completed all the Nursing Prerequisites which would end up being the cornerstone of my skills learned in this position. The fact that I had new information from Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, MicroBiology, Sociology, Psychology, Math, Nutrition, Biology, Anthropology, Spanish and even the art aspects had offered me an edge. The realization that my new found skills paired seamlessly with my previous experience. Beginning as an assistant to a broker who taught me the in’s & out’s of realestate, property management, customer relations, sitting open houses, billing, maintenance and more. Over 20 years of learning and experience has given me something extra and wound up showing me that remaining humble and teachable is why I have had the ability to excel beyond expectation.
