Electromechanical Servicing Maintenance Technician: Mechanical Works:

·Ensure that machine is electrically and mechanically isolated and properly protected against unintentional re-energization before starting maintenance work power is switched off.

Clean the machine.

Check and correct if any oil leakage.

Check lubrication oil to material before feeding to reduce friction of cold rolling.

·Apply proper grease to open gear transmission.

Wipe and clean scrap on gear and upper and lower roll surface. Apply lubrication oil on roll surface.

Check clearance between upper roll and lower roll,15% of the part. Check of any abnormal noise and correct it.

Check for any tooling worn out,replace it if required. Put all machine covers and missing bolts in place. Check & tight all mounting bolts.

Clean and remove all waste material from working surface. Check the gearbox oil level and top up as required. Grease and oil all moving parts.

Check driving gears and chains,apply oil and grease. The double primary shaft should be kept clean and greased. Check the rolls for the correct clearance adjust as required. Check hydraulic oil level and top up if required.

Check pneumatic valve for any leaks.

·Inspects cutting blades and dies for sharpness, Replace or regrind as necessary.

·Check the blade gap.

·Performed regular machine component analysis and recommended necessary repair and upgrades.

·Worked with the mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems as well.

· Set up and maintained welding equipment.

·Properly aligned and measured parts prior to performing welding machine.

·Repaired and modified ship equipment by completing required welding machine.

· Maintain and repair mechanical and HVAC system components. Electrical Works:

·Clean the electrical panel.

· Check the earthling and tighten it.

·Choose protective devices depending on the size of circuit breaker according to standards. Prepared the electrical panel to be approved by electrical safety authority. Take every opportunity to learn about system, design, installation, and code equipment.

·Arrange wiring fixtures, and conduit boxes in preparation for installations. Troubleshooting electrical faults and fixtures problem. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

Learn about lighting fixtures, and other electrical items attached to system and install properly.

·Troubleshooting/reading PLC ladder logic diagrams.

· Replaced and required contacts, relays, and motor starters.
