I have managed to stay on the Presidents List since I have started at Strayer University. The first three terms on the Presidents List and this last term on Honor’s Roll. I still maintain 3.8 GPA. I am currently enrolled in all Honor’s courses. I love to learn and will continue to learn any and everything I can no matter what career I end up sticking with. Knowledge is Power.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Huddle House 2807 W Kings highway Paragould, AR Shift Manager/ Server 05/23/22-05/27/2023 I made sure that daily duties were completed and that all customers were taken care of. I would host team meetings after my hours of work. I was in charge of checking the cameras even when I was not working to ensure everything was running smoothly on other shifts and addressing issues when needed.

Allen Engineering Corporation Paragould, AR Customer Service and Sales Representative 12/10/2017-05/22/23 I documented conversations with customers to track requests, problems, and solutions. I also Delivered service and support to each customer, paving a way for future business opportunities, while providing outstanding service to new and long-standing customers by attending closely to concerns and developing solutions. I input client information into spreadsheets and company databases to provide leaders with quick access to essential client data. Communication with coworkers regarding deadlines and project milestones. I had to use data input to interface to transcribe information from physical source documents in databases.
