Brief Description of the Project: Modernization of State of Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (NV DMV) legacy applications to offer State employees and NV residents a fast, secure, integrated, and streamlined omni-channel application experience.
● Elicited and analyzed RFP requirements for Nevada State DMV to create the initial Scope of Work document as part of the proposal phase and validated understanding of the DMV business operations and rules and regulations.
● Gathered requirements from NV State users in-person in Carson City, analyzed these, and created 12+ requirement specification documents (BRD/FRD) including business rules specifications and system flows using Microsoft tools and Confluence.
