Senior Order Specialist:

Entered first year license and support orders also extending, fulfilling support orders, along with magazine orders. I established customer education accounts, posted checks to pertinent education order accounts. Created, updated and maintained customer profiles. I instituted a new filing system. Created and presented a Power Point Presentation for one of Oracles line of businesses (Education Software). Heavy contact with our education sales force to ensure orders processed in a 24-hour period.
