Provide inspection services to Atmos Energy on several pipeline integrity projects in central Texas. Constructed a 12’’ line in the DFW area approximately 1.5 miles in an urban environment. The remainder of the projects were integrity digs and hydro testing.

Oversee day to day operations of the Pearland, Tx department. Communicating and soliciting contracts with companies in the gulf coast area. Participate in contract negotiations with customers before and during projects. Working with prospective customers to provide budgetary quotes and bids for projects. Provide information to estimation team in order to submit bids on potential projects in the area. Participate in the bid review process. Provide updates and projections regarding ongoing projects as well as on future projects.
1.35 mile 12 inch pipeline in Greenville,Tx for Explorer. Project was delivered mechanically complete on time.
2.1.5 mile 12 inch pipeline in Mount Belvieu, Tx for AirProducts. Project was completed in an extremely congested corridor.
3.16 inch pipeline extension at Stratton Ridge Facility for Dow Pipeline. Project was completed in a timely manner and contract fulfilled.
4.Installed and maintained gathering system lines along with associated Poly waste water disposal lines
5.Installed small bore Poly distribution lines.

Manage day to day operations of large scale pipeline gathering system across the state of Oklahoma. Communicating with inspection teams on projects assigned to me daily including site visits to insure contract obligations were being met by the contractors as well as my inspection team. Maintain constant communication between contractors as well as inspection teams to insure safety culture was first and foremost on each individuals mind. Reporting to Tall Oak management on progress regarding ongoing and future projects.
1.Completed numerous pipeline projects state wide as well as oversaw the construction through completion of a large scale finger skid facility.
2.Constructed steel pipelines throughout the region as well as Poly pipelines. The Poly pipe jobs ranged from small bore distribution to 12 inch products and or liquids lines.

To develop routing of pipeline infrastructure for gathering systems in the heavy and complex urban areas of the DFW area.
Work as a construction resource to the functional groups during the entire route development stage of all projects here in the Barnett.
Worked diligently with the PIAS group and Chesapeake functional groups to help develop processes within this company to create continuity among the groups and a first time right atmosphere. These efforts were rewarded with much more cost effective results and overall team atmosphere improved dramatically.
To present proposed pipeline routes to Fort Worth “GDRC” or Gas Drilling Review Committee, in open hearings where the public is invited to participate.
Develop and maintain relationships with city utility offices. Field and answer questions regarding routes by city council members.

Do safety audits and have daily tailgate meetings or as conditions change.

Overseeing three pipeline projects. 18”,20’’and 24” Directional Drills totaling over 6,000’. Installing Double-Double Stopple Fittings at each bore entry and exit. Tying in the new pipe and abandoning the old in place. Job was completed safely and in a timely manner.

Qualify welders for projects. Conduct daily inspection of all welding processes on pipelines. Monitor and audit x-ray of pipelines. Record and document daily progress of welding footages. Provide accurate drawings and weld maps of all fabrication and pipeline installation.
Chief Inspector
Oversee numerous pipeline and gathering system projects. Worked on steel pipelines as well as poly. Coordinating with the contractors and with Enbridge from start to completion of projects. Oversee contractor safety training and following up at daily tailgate meetings. Qualify pipelines to DOT standards and keeping all necessary documentation. Providing welding inspectors and utility inspectors throughout the projects as needed.
