What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance
Record all interactions accurately in company systems
Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed

What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
