Production Supervisor

Responsible for setting production schedule for multiple departments and making sure needs are in place to achieve production goals which are met or exceeded on a daily basis. Conducting yearly reviews and gives feedback to employees on a consistent basis. While in charge of the inspection department, quality issues have decreased greatly through additional training provided by both myself and engineering. During my time at CPP, departmental efficiency, throughput and ESH have all risen greatly all while keeping costs low.
